Impartiality Statement

It is TAS policy that employees and contractors acting on behalf of TAS must be free from conflicts of interest that could adversely influence their judgment, objectivity or loyalty to the company in conducting TAS business activities. 

TAS recognises that employees (and contractors) may take part in legitimate financial business, charitable and other activities outside their role in TAS but any potential conflict of interest raised by those activities must be disclosed to management and documented on the conflict of interest register.

An auditor will not participate in a TAS audit unless a conflicts of interest form is completed and signed and submitted to the lead auditor prior to the audit.
